Who can buy?
Verified business buyers only: pharmaceutical manufacturers, CROs, research institutions and licensed compounding pharmacies. We do not sell to individuals.
What do I need to apply?
Company details and a copy of your business, pharmacy or institutional licence. Additional import permits may be required for controlled or restricted products.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities are product-specific and quoted per RFQ.
Lead times?
Typical lead time 2–4 weeks from PO for catalog APIs; custom synthesis quoted per project.
Payment terms?
T/T and irrevocable L/C accepted. Terms confirmed in the quotation.
Do you offer samples?
Analytical samples are available to approved buyers on request; policy confirmed in the quotation.
How is product shipped?
Lyophilised peptides ship temperature-controlled with data loggers where required. Express air freight is standard; sea freight is available for large quantities.
Which export documents are provided?
Commercial invoice, packing list, batch COA, certificate of origin and MSDS as standard. Additional certificates on request.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CIP, DAP, DDP. Duties, taxes and import permits remain the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP is agreed.
